Refund and Returns Policy

At Exquisite Décor, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Conditions for Returns:

• Item Condition: Must be in original, unused condition. No returns for worn, washed, used, or altered items.
• Non-Defect Issues: Style/design issues, bleeding/rubbing of vegetable dyes, and minor stitching issues are not considered defects.
• Color Variations: Minor color variations (up to 10%) are normal and not eligible for return.

How to Make a Return:

1. Contact Us: Initiate your return by sending an email to connect@exquisitedecor.in within the specified 7 days
2. Return Instructions: We’ll provide you with clear return instructions, including the return address.

Return Charges

• Standard Items: Rs 99/- per product for returns not due to quality defects.
• Quilts & Comforters: Rs 159/- per product.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and international orders cannot be returned.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Process: Starts within 24-48 hours after our Quality Check Team approves the return.
• Refund: Credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Exchange: Allowed for like-new items, but you must pay return shipping.

Sending the Product Back

• Reverse Pickup: We will organize it. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund minus the shipping fee. This process takes 7-14 days.

Self-Shipment: If reverse pickup isn’t available, ship the item back within 7 days to the return address.
