Transparency Regarding Potential Additional Charges

In rare instances, there might be unforeseen charges like octroi (local tax) levied by the destination upon delivery. These charges would be the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 5-10 business days, while international deliveries can take 1-3 weeks from the order confirmation date.

International Shipping

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes specific to your country. The recipient (importer) is responsible for these fees.

Back Orders & Partial Delivery

  • Stock Fluctuations: Inventory fluctuates hourly, and an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide information on how to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait.
  • Partial Delivery: If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order with additional shipping and handling charge.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

  • Before Shipment: If you inform us by email (connect@exquisitedecor.in) before your order ships, we’ll arrange a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations after your order has been shipped.
